Who I am.
I help leaders see what’s actually happening inside their systems and processes. My 30 years in operations and quality across multiple industries shaped my ability to read systems quickly, identify the patterns driving performance, and diagnose the root causes behind scrap, rework, and recurring manufacturing quality issues. Leaders often find me when searching for a quality consultant or manufacturing consultant in Ohio because internal fixes keep failing.
Why I do this work.
Across every organization, I saw the same issue: teams had plenty of tools but not enough clarity. Leaders were making decisions based on assumptions instead of system reality. I focus on giving leaders a clear view of how their operations truly function, especially when they’re dealing with high scrap rates, rework, audit pressure, or bottlenecks that slow production. My work helps organizations avoid the cycle of temporary fixes and get ahead of problems that quietly erode margins.
